چکیده

Perioperative intravenous lidocaine (IVL) can help minimize opioid-related side effects that impede the postoperative recovery process. Neurological were averaged at an 8 mg/kg dose, and cardiotoxicity reported plasma values greater than 21 g/ml. Approximately 90% of is converted to monoethylglycinexylidide (MEGX) in liver via oxidative demethylation (dealkylation). Analysis MEGX concentrations after administration be a method used evaluate function. lowers discomfort, nausea, duration ileus, need for opioids, length time spent hospital surgery. During injection, low blood result these symptoms, which may last several hours or days termination. Postoperative problems, such as pain organ failure, caused by anti-inflammatory pro-inflammatory components. Analgesic, anti-inflammatory, anti-hyperalgesic are just some other lidocaine. It also decreases volume airways rate breathing, prolongs exhalation, reduces respiratory tidal volume, causes vasoconstriction vasodilation high concentrations. In clinical applications, prevent propofol injection pain, improve recovery, play role various surgical procedures. IVL application proven provide more benefits surgeries compared available anesthetic options. Very few studies have systematically analyzed occurrence effects, quality evidence low.
